Help me with this Internal Piles

i have 2 pimples which are very very small in size located inside the anus i found by by finger they are not itching, no pain .. i found they are in light yellow color i think they are pus..recently i found another 2 raising at another place..please tell me tablets to make them remove..please suggest me earlir im tensed my age is 20

Please take 3 tablets of calc sulph 6x in the morning and evening for 7 days and see how that affects.
