Mouth Ulcers

Hello,

I have a friend who is suffering from ulcers in the mouth for over 10 years. It started when she was 8 and she is now 22. Is there someone who can identify what this is through the attached photo? It is really affecting her life negatively so some experienced advice from similar sufferers would help greatly. Thank you so very much.

Pl take

1. Merc Sol-200 6 pills twice a day
2. Hepar Sulph-200 6 pills twice a day
3. Kali Mur-6x 3 tablets (pallets) twice a day

Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1,2 and 3

Pl take this treatment for 10 days and then give feedback
