Dear Surendtanath,
Have you had any lower back problems,
or circulation problems? Have you been
to the Doctor about this and had any scans
or diagnosis?

How long has the heel pain been going on for?
What was happening when this began? Any injury , accident,
walking longer than normal, having to stand for long hours?
Are you diabetic? Are you overweight?
These are some of the causes for heel pain-
-pinched nerve
-peripheral neuropathy from diabetes
-Achilles tendon rupture
-stress fracture
-Bone spur
Bursitis- inflammation of the fluid pads under the heels
-gout
-Plantar fasciitis-inflammation of the ligament from
the heel to the toes- ( you can get foot wear, bandaging
to support the foot)
I think you need to see the Doctor to find out the cause,
some things are cured thru rest and using ice, other
things can have specific remedies for them.

Dear Surentanath,
Rheumatoid Arthritis and Cervical spondylitis-
Are these conditions you have? or is it a friend?
When did these conditions start?
What medications have been tried- homeo meds and allopathic meds?
