What is the difference between3C, 3X and 3M ?
What do the letters C X and M mean?

They are from the Roman Numerals 100,10, and 1,000 respectively.
So 3C is one part in 100, succussed, and then part of that to 100 water, succussed, and then one part of that in 100 and succussed.
3X is the same except it's one part in 10, each time. And 3M is one part in 1,000.
