Dosage
I fell two days ago and my knee was twisted and strained. I started to take Rhos Tux 30 C in pellet form yesterday morning. I took one dose each morning. Knee much better today can even do steps. Still healing - how often am I to take a dose and for how long to ensure maximum healing? Thank youcosmochess on 2014-03-28

Alright you need to change the way you are taking the remedy.
Dissolve 3 pellets into 200mls of water. Stir thoroughly. Take 2 teaspoons of this into the mouth. That is one dose.
Do not continue taking the pellets directly into the mouth.
Keep this mixture of water and the pellets aside, and keep it covered. Use this to redose.
How many doses have you had so far?

Homoeopathy does not require you to keep taking a remedy for maximum healing. In fact this can ruin any chance of the remedy doing that. You only take enough to start the process, it will finish on its own. Continuing to take the remedy can actually create new symptoms or reverse any progress you have made.
If you have a marked improvement, do not take any more of the remedy for the time being. See how far that improvement goes on its own.
