Hemorrhoids
I have had hemorroids for the past 5 years (appeared during my 3rd pregnancy. They didn't bother me up until recently, when pregnant with my 4th child. Towards the end of my pregnancy they became worse. External, like a grape. I wasn't at all constipated and rarely am.I gave birth 20 days ago via c-section and the hemorrhoids have become worse. They bother me when I sit and when I wipe myself in the toilet. Today there is bright red blood. I tried over the counter creams for a few days but no result.
I am breastfeeding my baby.
I'd appreciate any help. Thanks

Hemmohoids. They have grown and are hard now. They bleed when I wipe.

Irritable, impatient at tomes,indecisive, shy, does not like to be corrected or told off, shy of public speaking, wants to please people and to feel accepted. Love very deep especially for my children and family.

So, the Hemmohoids are outside?
Tell me about the pain, if any?

Yes, the hemorrhoids are outside. There are two. One is large and the other small. They are like grapes. I think they are reddish in color. They were soft but now, maybe from trying different home remedies to get rid of them ( cold water, vinegar) they are hard. They have been bleeding a little for the past 5 days. They hurt and sting a little when I sit. It's almost impossible to wipe.
