Scalp psoriasis

Hi,

I have Scalp psoriasis from past 3-4 years and it is going away when i take allopathic medicine. but it again comes back once i stop taking medicine. now i need a permanent solution for this problem.

I have consulted Homeopathic doctor and he prescribed following medicine.

1. Nux Vom 30
2. Irisvers 200
3. Causticum 200
4. Nitric acid 30

After taking the above 4 medicine, I felt my scalp condition became little better but it came back again and now it is same as before.
I am now continuing the same medicines but there is very little improvement in my scalp condition.

Please advice me if i should continue with the above medication or try some other medicine also. If change then which one should i try?

Thanks,
Aniket

Who asked you to take so many remedies together continuously for so long?

I am sure you are not getting any response, then why are you taking all these?

If you need a proper treatment, you need to stop everything and after a few days, give me the fresh case based on original symptoms.

rishimba 9 years ago
Ok, i will stop all remedies and let you know the status after few days.

I got your symptoms and modalities but I have not been able to understand your personality except that you are introverted and speak less.

Tell me all kinds of situations that make you uncomfortable and the ones that you like.

How would you feel in a new place, a new work environment, new set of people etc. Is it exciting, unnerving, challenging or depressing?

Do you have any specific fears like fear of crowd, stage fright or examination fear etc.

How do you deal with contradictions?

What are the other ailments in you that need to be sorted out?

What kind of drinks do you like to take?

Do you like warm or cold beverages?

What was happening to your mental state when, during your marriage or change of job, you noticed these symptoms. Were you nervous and fearful of the new situations?

rishimba 9 years ago
I feel uncomfortable with new people whom i dont know much or meeting first time. As I am not a talker and cannot have conversation with people more than 5-10 mins if i dont know them very well.
I am a sportsperson and like to play games like Badminton, TT, Tennis etc.
In a new work environment i feel challenging and want to prove myself infront of others.
I specifically do not get fear in crowed places but i dont like crowd. I do have examination fear sometimes when i was studying.

I think i am a practical person, not so emotional. When confronted I like to stay calm and try to understand the situation.

Other than psoriasis, i occasionally suffer from Kidney stones.

I dont drink alcohol or smoke cigaret and like to drink milk shake.
I like cold beverages more than hot.

My mental state was fine, only little stress while searching for job but Not after i switched to new job.

From my marriage i never had any issue and i am very happy in my marriage and have a loving wife and 1 yr old son.

Your remedy seems to be LYCOPODIUM.

Since this is a skin related ailment, it is better if you start with 12C potency.

Take Lycopodium 12C three doses a day for a week maximum.

If your symptoms change for the better or worse in between, stop dosing.

Let me know after 15 days.

One dose would be 3 drops or 3 pellets dissolved in 10 ml of water sipped up in clean mouth and empty stomach.

Since you have taken high potencies continuously for so long, you may have become insensitive to lower potencies. In that case, you will have to wait for some months before you can start this treatment afresh.

I am suggesting this potency assuming you are still sensitive to potencies. Let's see what happens.

Thanks so much. I will start this remedy and let you know the status after 15 days.

Hi,

I have taken Lycopodium 12C for 1 week and there is a little improvement in my scalp psoriasis. Now the dead skin in my scalp is thinning and layer is little less than earlier. Itching is also less.

for my leg spot, there is no improvement and it is same as before. Itching with little Ooze. I used to apply 'Diprovate G' cream in the affected area which stops the itching and ooze.

Please let me know if there is any other remedy i need to take for my scalp and leg.

Regards,
Aniket

aniket.gimt 9 years ago
Please stop using any cream. Your affected skin on your leg will also gradually respond to Lycopodium.

Please continue the remedy as suggested. Take it as long as improvement is seen. As soon as improvement stops or the symptoms worsen, come back to me here.

rishimba 9 years ago
Thanks very much for the suggestion.

Should i continue taking it for months also until my scalp condition become normal?

Because similar thing i did earlier which you told me not to do (Taking a remedy for a longer period of time)

Regards,
Aniket

aniket.gimt 9 years ago
This is 12C potency which is considered a low potency remedy.

Skin symptoms require dosing in low but continued dosing.

As long as your skin is showing improvements, its safe to take it. As soon as improvement stops or symptoms worsen, discontinue the remedy.

Come back to me here for subsequent course of action.

Hi,

I am continuing Lycopodium 12C for a month and now after the initial improvement, I am not able to see further improvement in my scalp condition. Please suggest me.

Regards,
Aniket

aniket.gimt 9 years ago
Please take Lycopodium 200C one dose only and let me know the changes in the next one week.

Based on your condition, we will decide what should be the interval of dosing.

It could be once in once in 7 to 10 days or more based on your improvement.

rishimba 9 years ago
Hi,

I took Lycopodium 200C one dose and there is no to minimal improvement in my scalp condition. please let me know what should i do now.

Regards,
Aniket

aniket.gimt 9 years ago
Please take LYCOPODIUM 30C once a day for a week and then let me know.

If it further improves the scalp, we will continue as long as the improvement happens.
