scalp psoriasis

Our ten year old granddaughter has non pustular psoriasis on her scalp and behind her ears. She has adhd, is fair of skin, often hot, with angry outbursts. She is blond and thin and generally robust and often generous. She is easily made jealous and very dramatic in her behaviour. She is prone to flatulence. As a young child received many antibiotics. Help?

child born c-section. Mother given antibiotics during pregnancy, child put on antibiotics early because of double eureter and concern of having an infection if bladder back washed. Has had psoriasis once before also begun with a strep throat. The child is very untidy unless prompted. As a young child was not tactile and did not readily make eye contact. Very generous when feeling friendly , very kind to animals and particularly kind and thoughtful with babies. Very jealous and competitive with younger sibling. Experiences rage and self loathing and remorse having done something wrong. Cannot stop talking. Enjoys performing and having center of attention. Likes organising everyone. Will work for hours on own project becomes obsessed yet will not seem able to focus at all at other times. Has extreme flatulence at times. had a fright as a young child when a kitchen appliance broke and very hot liquid came out of a blender wizzing soup. She then would not go in a toilet if anyone flushed it because the noise startled her. Does not fit in with friends because of hyperactivity and is deeply grieved if shun. Child like brocolli, cauliflower, peanut butter, ice cream, chicken, fish, fruit, dairy. Dislikes food types touching on plate and might cry as a result. Is afraid of death and wants someone to sleep with her. The child tends to be warm when sleeping sometimes sweats. The psoriasis is on the scalp and face and behind the ears primarily. It is guttate non pustular very sore very itchy with massive flaking of skin on scalp. The child eats very fast and always asks for more when others are just beginning. She has two types of AdHD. Is very thin. very active, blond brown eyes, South African Father.
