nux vomica 200ch

please help. i need some info what is it for ? and is it safe? does it really work? or is a placebo effect type a thing or just pure poison? i know it contains striknine(sorry for the spelling)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux Vom 200 doesn't contain a single molecule of the medicinal substance nux Vomica from which it is derived. So don't worry about poisoning. The remedy will work if it is well indicated.
