Ankylosing Spondylitis, Grossly enlarged prostate and cataract in right eye

Sir, Thank you very much for responding. I am grateful. The following information as asked:-
1. Age - 46 years
2. Sex - Male
3. Status - Married
4. Weight - 65 Kg
5. Height - 168 Cm
6. Country - India
7. Climate - Hot
8. List of your complaint - 9. (a) Ankylosing Spondylitis - There was back pain since 2004 but diagnosed on basis of x-ray in 2011. However, HLA B27 test was negative in 2015.
(b) Enlarged Prostate - Was first diagnosed on the basis of a ultrasound of abdomen in 2015 but may have been there a year earlier. In 2015 the size was 62X39X33(38 gm) and a few days back it was 36X73X47mm(70gm). (c) Cataract was also detected last year but may have existed two years back.
10. Non-diabetic
11. Desire- Sweets and salt both
12. Thirst - Normal
13. Tongue and taste - Tongue is OK and taste things.
14. BP - 120/90 without medicine
15. One Situation that had a big effect on you - Vipassana Meditation.
16. Currently I take Spondin drops for Ankylosing Spondylitis(A combination of Colocynthis 3x, Rusa Gravelons 3X, Hypercium perforiatum - 5X, Ledium Palustre - 2X, Cupram Metallicum-6x, Dulcamara 3x, and conium multacum 3x). Also I took Rhus Tox 3X thrice a day(one drop in one teaspoonful water). Took herbal medicine which may have contained steroids as it offered immediate relief from pain but stopped taking it later)(took it for around 2-3 years.) For Prostate took Ayurvedic (Himplasia and Prosteez tablets) but size increased from 38 gm to 70 gm this year). For Cataract taking Cineraria Maritima eye drops for last one year.

18. Nature of Work - Private Secretary(Stenographer)
19. Mind-behaviour - Although I am lot impatient and get angry, but I have brought it down a lot from earlier days. Not a good public speaker lacking in confidence, I am more concerned about welfare of others than mine, love to meditate and I have a desire to fully purify mind.
20. Urine is Pale yellow, Stool is normal colour(yellow), sputum is watery and saliva is clear.

Sir, Thank you for the help. I will start taking the medicine from tomorrow and buy the other ones listed. I will report to you after taking Berberis Vulgaris Q.11 for three days.

Good evening Dr Nawazkhan Sir. I have taken Berberis Vulgaris Q for three days as advised by you. The overall condition is as its but may be slight improvement in the sense that all medications taken earlier have been stopped but there is no deterioration. Urine flow is on the lower side. I have bought the other medicines as advised - Lycopodium 200 C, Sabal Ser Q and Conium 200C (all three liquids) and Calc Fluor 6X tablets. Kindly advise how to take these medicines and for how long. Also advise when shall I give you feedback after starting these medicines.

Nawaz Sir, I took Lycopodium 200C 4 drops in two sips of water on 23 Apr and will now take on 26 Apr. I took conium 200 C on 24 Apr. Overall condition slight improvement. May advise future action.

Good Evening Nawaz Sir,
Following medicines taken till date
Berberis Vulgaris Q three days (20, 21 & 22 Apr 16)
Lycopodium 200C every third day for two weeks (23, 26 & 29 Apr taken)
Conium 200C - 24 Apr
Sabar Ser Q - 5 days - Taken on 25, 27, 28, 30 Apr and 01 May
Overall condition is better than before. At times there is pain in the back and neck because of Ankylosing Spondilytis.
May please advice future course of action.

Pain is less in spinal region. But urine flow is not up to the mark. Also if I sit for a longer duration, I remain bent for lot of time before I get straight.

Dear Nawaz Sir,

First of all urine flow is less and if I eat something spicy I feel burning sensation after passing urine. At times there is feeling that bladder has not been emptied immediately after relieving myself. As for Ankylosing SPondyltis is concerned, prolonged sitting aggravates the situation and there is bent posture which straightens after a lot of time. There is pain behind ribs at the back. As far as cataract is concerned in the right eye I can see but vision is foggy in right eye. The state of mind is bit fearful as I am planning to go for a meditation retreat where there is lot of sitting and I fear aggravation of pain.
