HomeoDr. Plz help. cervical spondylosis, muscle knots, alopecia
Dear sir,I am 43 male.
I had alopecia (9 months ago) not severe its on 2 areas on head.
Most likely due to family stress
Now i also have suffering cervical spondylosis (4weeks) according to a doctor. My neck and shoulder muscles used to freeze restricting my movement and then after some hours relax. Then freeze again. And repeated.
Now the freezing has eased, some pain stays in shoulders and development of muscle knots in shoulder and small 1 in neck. The pain and freezing sometimes increases. But not as bad as to totally freeze the neck.
The neck cracks a bit on turning side to side.
It gets worse and more painful shoulder , muscle knots and some restricted movement returns by:
anger or laughter or stress or evening or tiredness or sneezing, or walking heavily.
Hot water relaxes it or massage but only for a bit.
I have started reckeweg r11
And bc 19
Kindly respond asap.

last does of sulphur.
me memory is not good but i think 1 30c tablet, approx 2 weeks ago. i take it approx 1/ 1-2months when feet burn.
when i take bc 19 and r11 i feel an almost instant relief esp with bc 19.
however the relief does not last long, but the the intensity of pain has decreased, and the pain free morning and mid day is longer.
i have been taking them for approx 5 days.
as mentioned my memory, forgetfulness, lack of retention are my biggest concern, as it is affecting me in many ways, relationships, duties, confidence, job skills performance / retention.
THANKyou

Ps. Forgot to mention.
Neck shoulder pain better in mornings. Perhaps due to medecine or harder bed and different pillow.
Neck shoulder pain is now mainly on left side when it comes.
Other problems / or characteristics i have that may help you.
Occasionally joint pains or cracking joints esp right knee.
Usually gets better with movement or exercise but not excessive movement
Currently dull pain in right hand thumb joint and pointing finger.
Very rarely i get very sharp dagger like headache in front / middle of head but it only lasts 5 seconds and then doesnt happen for months.
Have greasy face / still get some spots at 40yrs old.
I hate cold and wet weather. Want to move country.
I will always wear more clothes than anyone else. I will wear a jacket here or thermal top even when others here are wearing shirts.
I have had vitamin D deficiency in the past. Doctor said as asians dont get enough sun in this country and also i am mainly inside.
I do not exercise much.
But people ask why am i not fat.
I also look 10years younger maybe
I used to eat unhealthy food, fried chicken pizza chips a lot but i have reduced this.
But i do have high blood cholesterol 7.8, managed to reduce it to 6.8 over 4 years.
I have 2 cysts in my liver, which used to cause pain, but have stopped being painful so i have not followed it up with the doctor.
We had problems having a child for 6 years but, we had some homeopathic medicine, and we conceived, however this was a long time ago and i do not know what i took.
I think thats all i can remember for now.
Thankyou

How do you manage your work if you tend to forget the things?
What is the major and most important concern to you in regards to your problems?
Why did you took the Sulphur does today?

Please throw some light on 'fear being stuck in this country'.
give some details about this feeling..
give some details about this feeling..
homeodr 8 years ago
most of my work is based on ideas or plans or concepts, which are generally easier to retain than data information, because once you have believed an idea or strategy then you can follow it. i may sometimes then forget the details of how i got to that point.
you also learn to delegate tasks, and do the tasks that you are good at.
and you do have tools / software to help / reminders etc
i believe i have common sense, and some degree of intelligence which has helped me long so far. but my job has actually ended this month, as i cannot compete with those who are better or more competent or who have details at hand.
biggest problem is my memory / forgetfulness possible cause as mentioned in email.
and then this i feel affects my level of planning, work, studies, future plans, especially as i hardly ever complete what i start - perhaps due to memory / laziness / fear of failure / responsibility.
took sulphur due to burning / irritable feet.
pain from muscle knots and cervical spondylosis has decreased rapidly since r11 and bc9.. still some pain at night or from laughing, stress, anger, tiredness, strain.
stuck in this country means. that i would like to leave this country with my family and relocate. i dont like the rat race here, the competing / stab you behind your back nature of people , and way of life here, so i fear being sucked in this busy life all about the self / ego / materialism / lack of culture and so on.
how it makes me feel: like i have let down / betrayed myself (my word) and let down my kids / family, feel like a coward (as a new place means new challenges) / like i am indecisive and incompetent.

related to the memory / forgetfulness, i do have a fear of getting dementia due to family history.
an example of my memory is, not remembering my kids date of births,
i usually cant remember names eg.
once i saw a face and thought - i know him , he then reminds me that we used to live together in the same house for about 1 year as students - i felt so embarrassed and still didnt ask his name.

You can take Salix Fragilis 200C single dose for 2 days in the evening.
Single dose means 3-4 pills or 2-3 drops in 2 teaspoon of water .
Just take the dose for only 2 days and wait for 5 days then report back.
Let me know if you have any concern regarding the remedy .

it took me a while to get the salix.
After the second dose, i feel more positive, maybe 75%, want to get out of the my room more, see the family. and even go out, have had less negative thoughts.
cervical spondylosis - 90% better, as i am haing less stress or worry - i think it hurting as less or triggering less or healing faste, but hard to know if its the salix or the previous use of bc 19 r11
memory issues still bad.
PE and related matters also still an issue.
due to being indoors a lot, lack of exercise, i went out last few days and knee joints creek and crack when i walk, and back tires easily probaby due to lack of use / exercise.
what do i do now?
take another dose of salix?
what about the other issues.
THANKYOU so far as i do feel a lot more positive - i still procrastinate but i am not feeling down or depressed for losing the job / previous issues mentioned.

Sound like a good improvement. I think you should improve in terms of memory and other problems as well over the time.
Is there any burning in feet now? Let. Me know abt it..
Please wait for a week, do not take any other remedy.

i have waited another week.
i have had restless feet syndrome once again.
although not as bad or as long lasting, but still annoying / frustrating.
i am still fairly positive.
although still VERY quick / hot tempered.
although neck has not frozen.
i have some occasional pain tension / stiffness in the neck.
however my neck does have small quiet cricks / cracks when i look left right ( feels like bones rubbing) similar to when my knees or knuckles crack.
memory and PE - minor improvement, although being positive may help.
I would say i was 75% positive a few days after the salix, now i would say i am 60% positive, i do not feel as confident or as happy due to some new news / issues that upset me.
can you also tell me what my constitutional medicine will be, as well as the dose / freqeuncy etc
Thankyou

had slightly burning feet again last night but didnt last more than 30mins, and not as intense as used to be.
Ersai 8 years ago
It has been only 2 days since i took the last dose.
My feet are burning / restless every day a little bit for 30min at a time. Although today it was worse. I really wanted to take sulphur but didnt.
Mood is better.
Am getting out the house a few times a day now
No change memory - it is still bad, dont remember much. No change PE yet, although i guess its too early to tell.
Can i take sulphur, should i try and wait wheb feet get restless? Or did i take too much salix.
Thx

Try not to take any other medicine, but if burning uncreases too much u can go ahead with sulphur single dose
homeodr 8 years ago
Update:
I have not taken any other meds.
It has been a few weeks since last salix dose.
Mood is good.
Body seems weak after cervical spondylosis, i seem to easily sprain or stretch / pull muscles easily. I have had a cold / headache / sinusitis and it takes a long time to recover. i general do not feel 100% fit and strong / healthy for a long and recently have been feeling weaker / not recovering quicker from exercise or work or even cold.
Intensity of restless itchy burning feet has decreased, however i still do get it but its bearable and goes away after a few hours.
No noticeable improvement with PE or memory.
I also get dribbling after pee, i cannot void properly / empty bladder or squeeze urine out with muscles, i am guessing its due to to weak muscles. This had gone away for a while but it seems to have come back now.
Thankyou so far. Any more advice or meds etc.
I have not taken any other meds.
It has been a few weeks since last salix dose.
Mood is good.
Body seems weak after cervical spondylosis, i seem to easily sprain or stretch / pull muscles easily. Do you have any history of diabetes?
Also what is the current tension or stress in your life. How you feel about it? How are you managing your stress now?
Please answer the questions

No personal history of diabetes via doctor checkup hb1ac etc but within normal but at higher end.
Have checked blood.suger.many times.but usu below 6.
Dad has bad uncontrolled diabetes.
I do like cakes chocolate ice cream but try and avoid most of them now.No sugar drinks etc.but some chocolate every day.
Stress... Money problems (paying rent may become a problem soon but this is recent problem, and isnt so big an issue),
PE,
memory cant remember much so cant study and get more qualifications easily.
Actually memory issuesand becoming a better person are more on mind than compared to money matters.
Not as stressed as before but still some,
trust in God attitude so taking issues as they come / practically.
Have joined some courses, so more positive.
Thx
