Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

I am 25 years old male from India. I have obsessive compulsive disorder since many years. I have fixed ideas and thoughts always in mind. I always check my bag, books, purse during journey always due to fear of stealing or lossing. I speak specific words and phrases again and again when i am alone. My mind forces me to speak so. Mind is never calm, thoughts are disturbing always. Sexual thoughts come in mind always also. I clean my nose many times a day. Putting finger in nose again and again. I see mirror many times.
Please help me. Waiting for reply.

Pl take
1. Syphillinum-1m 6 pills at bed time (only one dose of 6 pills)
Next day : No medicines
Then start
1. Aspen+white chestnut (5+5) drops twice a day in 2 teaspoon water
Pl give feedback after 15 days
