Allergy Rhinitis and Asthma
HelloI am 38 years old, live in Delhi, India. I am suffering from Allergy Rhinitis which causes Asthma symptoms like shortening of breath, wheezing sound while breathing. I am taking Seroflo inhaler to avoid asthma symptoms. I never have any asthma attack but shortening of breath. Due to allergy rhinitis I have watery eyes with itching and running nose. Very thin white liquid keeps coming out of the nose from both sides and nose always feel wet from inside. The situation gets worse in the cold air/AC and damp weather, feels somewhat relaxed in normal weather. The allergy gets worsen during the season change. Gets lots of sneezing after waking up in the morning. This situation continues until any anti-allergic is taken. During this situation I need to take inhaler at least one time in 24 hours. If any anti allergic medicine is taken then I don't feel the need of taking inhaler. Consuming cold drinks, and sour food also causes heaviness in the chest and shortening of breath. Couldn't have sound sleep due to blocked nose at night. Nose goes full block when lying on bed, while seating or walking though I can breath from one of the nostril other being blocked.
I consulted homeopathy doctor and took his medicines for almost a year but situation didn't improve. I have to come back to allopathy when the situation become acute. Could you please suggest any homeopathy medicine which can build immunity in my body against this allergy rhinitis and asthma?
