Piles+Fissure

Hi,
I have piles+fissure in anus, with burning pain, pain starts after stool..after stool pain or burning is in small qty... even after 3 hours of stool..but after 3 hours and 30 minutes pain gradualy increase and exactly after 4 hours pain is in maximum condition... worse..unbearable...heat and burning in anus.... some relief from cold (someday relief from cold other days no relief from cold)

I am computer operater and my sitting is more than 8-10 hours...
pure vegetarian diet...no spicy food etc.. I am fatty... religious minded...over sensitive mind...

my doctor says there is polyp in centre of haemoroidal bunch..
piles is external... no blood...

pain after 3 or 4 hours of stool (if stool is soft or not, pain comes)
it is fixed pain after stool will come after exact 4 hours of stool..

please suggest some medicines.

NYC vom 30 evening time sulphur 30 morning both for five days.Aesculus 30 twice daily for 10 days from sixth day.Aviod fatty spicy fried food and use salad during lunch.Pl drink good quantity of water.Pl donor use curd at night.
