Dr. Kadwa sir, may it be the symptoms of sjogrens syndrome ?
Dry eyes, dry lips, weak joints, excessive sweating, hair fall, grey hair, tooth decay

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Syphilinum 1m .. one does only. 4 drops only. No more no repeat. In a separate disposable glass with some water in it.

Don't eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after taking medicine. Don't use coffee or mint etc don't place medicine near strong perfumes etc.
