Scalp folliculitis

Hi,

I have been suffering with scalp folliculitis since last 4 yrs. At present my scalp has around 20. It is completely pus filled inflamation all over the scalp without blood. Used allopathy for 4-6 months(Antibiotics,Mupi Ointment,Lastly Accutane). Once i stop using, they will be back.My has increased a lot.Associated with pain and itching.Please let me know if any permanent cure for this in homeopathy.

Please take hepar sulph 30 twice a day for 10 days and see how that affects.
One dose means 2 pills or drops.
