For Dr Kadwa and other professionals - Post Nasal Drip & Indigestion / Tinnitus

Hi, About 3yrs ago I started to suffer facial and jaw pain along with toothache and tinnitus in my right ear with some pain. Around the same time I was in a car crash which may have caused the tinnitus. In an attemp to ease the pain, I had a tooth removed and this led to sinus infection and continued jaw pain, right permanent swollen tonsil and tinnitus was no better. I used a lot of menthol gels to try to reduce pain which I think has contributed to the post nasal drip.
I also suffer from indigestion and am trying to stay off omeprazole. Please can you advise of the best remedies. I bought some Pulsatilla 30 c which i started today for the post nasal drip. At the moment the symptoms have increased to constant thinner mucus running down my throat. I am not sure if this will thin out and sort or if it is just making it worse. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks, Balfroni
