This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is possible that you have a calcareous spur --- an outcropping of bony material .

I have treated quite a few people lately , for this problem . It yeilds best to Hecla 3x -- or 6x , twice a day for 10 days and wait a week to judge results.

If the problem then returns use Hecla 30c one dose a day for three days -- then wait.

my dear,
you take first of all thuja 1m.after this you will see tha your heel pain will shurly remove dramitacally.
when pain appear take 2nd dose of thuja 1m.
after 2 to 3 doses you take thuja 10 m.finally pain willbe remove permenantly.
if thuja does not work properly then you take medorrhinum 1m just like thuja.pls tell me personely about your improvement.

What kind of heal pain, is it very intense early in the morning when you get up, or it aggravates with standing, walking or running, what i am trying to find out is whether is it because of uric acid in your blood, or is it some muscules/tissue tear like plantar fasciitus.

I have no idea id u are asking me or walkin.. but as fr me ----
I have heel spur --in both the feets confiremd with x-rays..I have no other health prob other than overweight which I feel is main cause of spur development fr last 2 yrs. initially the pain was too much on which I took some calcium speially made fr spur treatment due to which the pain reduced to some extent . Now I am not taking it, and while i was on tour pain aggravated due to continueous travel and sightseeing fr nearly 8 days, I can take walking only fr 2 hrs (with mild bearable pain)after that my heels starts paining badly. I have prob on any hard surface, walking, standing , running is impossible, i cant afford twisting my feet while walking due to bad roads, after tour my feets were very bad and was getting pain contineously ,not just in sole but in fingers and entre feet.now it has subsided after rest.I feel heavy on my feelt all the time and not in mood of walking and exercise anytime as due to pain all my mind focus is on my heel pain. I tried lately Ledum Pal, cal flur , 4-5 days back i started doing exersise due to which my feet again started paining badly , now they r ok. I am seriously interested in weight loss and getting rid of heel pain permantly as my life is getting stuck coz of heel pain.I cannot wear any fancy sandlas or shoes , i have to wear only sandals made by nach with soft soles, or air sole nike shoes. I can not walk on any hard surface fr more than 10 mins. The pain is extremely unbearable. I am 40 plus and have no health prob so far fortunately.

It seems that your heel pain is mechanical, here are few suggestions for you, stop walking for few weeks.....walking 2 hours is a lot with your weight, first treat your feet, than you can start walking to reduce your weight, immediately see a chiropodist who will tell you whats wrong with your feet and if your current condition is because of your excess walking on your ill equipped feet, some feet are not designed for walking extensively, the chiropodist might suggest some special insoles or some nice medicated shoes with heel and arch support, wearing them will solve a lot of problems, in the mean time try to find out why are you overweight.....Is Nat Phos helping you as suggested by Joe?

Thanx fr ur support. I do not walk fr 2 hrs, what I meant was if I walk contineuously fr 2 hrs on my feet while shopping or outing etc..then i need to take breake due to heel pain I walk fr 3 miles a day , however not regular ( i take breaks of 1-2 days in between and give my fee rest ), also I work in the kitchen , u can guess how generally female takes time while they work in kitchen , that too i sit in between while I work at home.I am already wearing special insoles as without that its not possible fr me to walk.Nike shoes has special insoles also , nach made(germany i think) insoles( i have no idea if u have heard of it, those insoles to be fixed in sandals or shoes) I have started net phos just 3 days ..so I can not comment on that yet. I am overweight coz I am computer professional and like munching lot while i work to get rid of stress , however i do not eat anymore dry snacks now a days, and my diet is perfect with soups and salad vege..and without much sugar, less carb, oil etc etc, i do not take juices, junk food, or coke or cofee etc, I think I have controlled my craving fr chatpata snacks i.e chips etc. i do not eat chips and other snacks anymore and right now I am seriously focused on weight loss as that i feel is the only way to go to remove heel spur permanantly otherwise my life wud get teribly bad as this heel pain makes my whole body inactive and lazy, all the time I think of my pain in my heel , i want to get over this pain.
i think i am in circle , heel spur coz of weight and no walk coz of heel spur to reduce weight.i have x-ray confirmed of calceria spur in my both the feets.all my other medical reports r normal, no uric acid and no thyroid prob , no diebties no BP.

Good news that you dont have any problem with uric acid or thyroid, infact thats a very good news. I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for 3 years, and i totally agree with you that life becomes unbearable because of the constant pain, and the pain stretches to your legs and hips as well, I am a hypothyroid patient, which led to increase in weight, which led to my heel pain, but as soon as my weight came down a little bit, my heel pain disappear, this also has to do with specially made slippers and shoes which I am wearing all the time, recently i tried wearing a normal slipper, and there was no pain.....what a relief. My suggestion to you would be to keep working on your weight, try Nat Phos, if it doesnt work, than you can try Phtolacca berry mother tincture 20 drops before each meal with water, dont use it more than 2 months, if it suits you, you will notice some weight reduction.....lastly, if there is nothing wrong with your health, than sensible eating and exercise will bring your weight down, also try the following protocol to loose weight effectively
1. 60% of your food should be uncooked (mostly fruits, nuts, milk and some vegetables like carrot)
2. You should have a big breakfast followed by a lunch which is 50% of your breakfast, followed by your early dinner which is 50% of your lunch.
3. You should not eat anything after sunset
4. Drink enough water when you have nothing in your stomache.
5. Dont drink water half an hour before and half an hour after meal, and not during the meal ever.
Follow the above regime for atleast 3 months and you will loose lots of weight.

In case you missed, I already advised the patient that the diet should be balanced, and 60% of the diet should be uncooked, please read my earlier post, and also give your opinion

Dear Mr. Sazim
Thanks for your mail

Please note that my uric acid is within the range. BP and blood sugar under control without any medicine. I am 60 years. According to X-ray and Doctor report it is heel spur. It very intense early in the morning when get up. Now pain moving to the upper side of leg and some time feeling swelling to that foot finger. I am using medicine Arcoxia 90mg which reduce the pain in the day time but still in the morning very serious pain.

The Problem is that homepathic medicine is not available in Saudi Arabia. In case if I import from other country, Ministry of health might not allow. If you any idea that homepathic medicine is available in Saudi, please let me know the contact detail.

Thanks for your advise.

Best regards.

Dear Ahmednil

I am not a homeopathic doctor, so I cannot advise you any medicine, but I am sure some doctors can, and once you know which medicine you need, you can ask anyone of your paki/indian friend to bring it for you. I hope they can manage
