Acid Reflux and Nat Phos 6x

I decided to try a natural remedy for my 3 month old sons reflux. Doctors originally put him on famotidine, which he is still taking and wanted to start him on omeprazole. I have been giving him nat phos 6x three times a day half a tablet and noticed a differences the first two days. There was less spit up and he seemed happier however after those two days things got worse. He is spitting up a ton again and seems uncomfortable. He also is having problems napping throughout the day and is having lots of acid at night. Should I stop giving him that nat phos or will this pass?

NUX VOM 30 ONE PELLET THREE TIMES A DAY AND KALI MUR 6X ONE TAB TWO TIMES A DAY.
