Return of hypothyroidism symptoms

Female age 47 I had hypothyroidism in past and had homeopathic treatment for it now I am having same symptoms again after like 8 years.
Sleepiness hard to fall sleep at night and difficulty waking up in the morning.Fatigue and want to sleep again after breakfast.Numbness in arms heaviness in head strange feeling in teeth etc
Kindly suggest me some effective remedy for this problem please.
