On waking I had a mild cough, productive and passed quickly, still passing gas with some mild stomach upset, mild heartburn down lower near stomach skin on face is very dry, peeling and cheeks have pronounced capillaries. Toes are very cold with some swelling on the knuckle of the big toe on right foot and pain in the ball under right foot.

Proceed with Sulphur?

I plan on ordering more remedies soon.

After taking Sulfur the stomach issues have improved but still mild, I am having the sensation of not getting enough air, feeling as if I cant get a deep enough breath, Im also having a tight banding sensation around my head feeling especially tight above eyebrows, causing some unsteadiness when walking briskly. These sensations make me anxious. Toe still hurts, left eye is mildly irritated, skin still dry with visible res capillaries webbing my cheeks. Left knee started paining again when touched and eyes feel as if tears are too salty, forming a dry salty residue in the inner corner.

I was making roasted beans for my husband - I ate 3 to taste them (I normally dont eat beans) Now the stomach pain is back - but not heartburn, just gas and pain in lower left side.

On waking symptoms are:
Left eye watering burning in inner corner, salty tears.
Acne on back of neck and behind ears
Cheeks red with visible red capillaries
very blocked sinuses but have passed since standing and moving around
Mild pressure between eyebrows
Foul smelling flatulence
Big toe on right foot paining at ball of foot, mild swelling on toe knuckle and along outer side of toenail.

All symptoms are the same and right arm started paining again, deep pulling pain in upper arm below shoulder wraps into back of armpit. Another symptom I forgot to mention that comes and goes at random is incredibly itchy armpit (happening again now) no visible rash but crawling and itching making me want to scratch & rub with a rough dry cloth to ease the itch.

After taking Rhustox Im having the symptoms of feeling like I cant get enough air, anxious and lips are dry and tingly. No other change in symptoms.

The feeling of something stuck in my throat is back - theres a visible small ulcer.

I had to butcher 3 chickens this evening, my right arm was in terrible pain using the knife, its now radiating up through my shoulder around the full shoulder and banding around my upper arm muscle.

Upper molars and eye tooth on left side are paining again as well.

After taking Lyc I became extremely tired, lay down and slept for an hour and a half, on waking from the nap most symptoms were improved.

Left eye feels mildly scratchy in the upper lids - comes and goes
Teeth feel okay
Throat feels okay
Still have broken capillaries on cheeks
Acne on neck is drying up
Right arm pains slightly only when in use, shoulder is okay(yes it seems to originate from the ligament)
Still have large amounts of foul smelling gas but no stomach upset
Big toe on right foot still has mild visible swelling with purple discoloration but little to no pain.

Arm and shoulder pain returned as did pain in upper left molars and eye tooth and I developed a headache between brows.

On waking

Mild cough - productive with small firm balls of phlegm
Left eye feels mildly sticky
Teeth feel okay
Throat feels okay
Still have broken capillaries on cheeks
Right arm pains around the top muscle with a mild ache in armpit and shoulder, hurts both on movement and rest.
Still have of foul smelling gas but not as much.
Big toe on right foot still has mild visible swelling with purple discoloration but little to no pain.

Odd sharp/hot sensation in a small spot on back of throat when eating/swallowing
Left eye feels very mildly sticky
Teeth feel okay
Throat feels okay
Still have broken capillaries on cheeks
Right arm pains around the top muscle with a mild ache in shoulder less pain than earlier today.
Still have gas - much milder not as foul.
Big toe on right foot still has mild visible purple discoloration, no swelling and no pain.

Was feeling extremely tired today, so much so my eyes burned when I blink, mild banding headache and a little lightheaded on and off, feeling slow & logy walking made me feel out of breath. Napped for another 1.5 hours in the afternoon.

Its now been 38 days of straight cold rain and fog, no sunshine, I think this may be contributing.

on waking:

Woke up at 4am coughing, was productive but was unable to get back to sleep.
Right arm pained very bad last night, had difficulty getting comfortable to sleep mostly around the ball of my shoulder but also in the top muscle. Has eased off some since but still aching.

Throat feels okay
Left eye is bad again - scratching and burning mostly from upper lid to inner corner, right eye has a stickiness and feels as if theres an eyelash inside both upper and lower lids.
Teeth feel mildly sensitive with cold air
Still have broken capillaries on cheeks
Foul gas has retuned.
Big toe on right foot still has mild visible purple discoloration, no swelling and no pain.

Coughing uncontrollably while eating is back.

Didnt seem to feel as tired buy just lay down and slept another hour, strange intense dreams of being trapped in odd places.

I wasnt as logy or out of breath this morning but still a bit slower than usual.

Just coughing but not breathless, got control after eating stopped I sipped warm water and started breathing carefully through my nose.

The arm and shoulder pain is back intensely after washing a few dishes.
