lower back pain

I am a 33-year-old female, 5.2 in height, and weigh 65 kg. In 2022, I wanted to reduce my weight, so I started walking 10 km per day without following a proper diet. After 6 months, I developed severe lower back pain. I visited a chiropractor, underwent physiotherapy, and used some homeopathic medicines like Rhus tox, Arnica, Vertifine, Aesculus, and Mag phos. These provided some relief but didn’t cure the pain.Physiotherapy exercises worsened the pain. I then consulted a neurosurgeon, who diagnosed it as non-radiating pain and said there was no major issue. He prescribed some medication, which also gave some relief but didnt cure the pain. My job involves sitting for 9 hours a day, and I walk 5 km daily. With this routine, about 5% of the pain remains but is manageable. However, when I bend forward or backward, or sit on the ground, the pain worsens.I dont have any other health problem, i want to fully cure this pain please suggest medicine

NUX VOM 30

05 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.


DAY 4 ONWARDS

PULSATILLA 30.


Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.

Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.

Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.

IN ADDITION CALC PHOS 6X AND NAT SULPH 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
