Itching in anal region aggravation before menses.

I have been suffering from various types of skin diseases since childhood. During my childhood, I was cured after taking medicine from one of my grandfathers. Six to seven months ago, I was working with cement and sand at home when suddenly the sole of my right foot started itching severely. While scratching, a round blister appeared, and afterward, a lot of new skin grew and then peeled off. The same condition has occurred on my fingers as well. New skin grows, dies, and then peels off. Between the toes and on the soles of my feet, as well as on my fingers, the skin dies, peels off, and new skin grows continuously. The affected area is increasing day by day. The soles of my feet have become extremely dry, the skin is dying and peeling off, and due to excessive dryness, they are cracking and bleeding.

I cannot tolerate heat at all, I sweat excessively, and during sleep, I sweat so much that my pillow gets soaked. Occasionally, yellow fluid discharges from my ears. Since childhood, I have been suffering from dysentery and stomach problems. I enjoy eating fast food, I love eating meat, and I also like milk. I am moderately overweight and cannot do much physical labor. I am 32 years old.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
CALC CARB 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND CALC PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
