severe acne on scalp, hair loss and scarring

I am a 30 year old male who is suffering from what is called folliculatis ( as one of my dermatologist claim.) I have had this problem for 7 years. I have had many dermatologists. I have been using steroids, Tetracycline and others for years. I am tired of being on these drugs. They claim there is no cure. These drugs temporarily relieve me, but when the prescription is over, it is extremely painful. I believe my body is now used to these drugs, because they are not as effective as they used to be. It keeps finding areas of my head it never reached before. I am losing hair in every area it gets. And the scarring is following it. Yes Its is extremely painful. It hurts to lie on my pillow. I forgot to mention I use Nizoral shampoo (as prescribed).It does not work either, but I still use it. Yes there is discharge, puss and blood. There isn't any odor that I know of. My family knows of my problem, I also asked them if they smell any odor.

i purchased the wrong medicines the 3rd time i posted a message (silica marina). i apologize, but when i mentioned granules (in the 4th posting) i was refering to the silicea.
these are the choices for silicea on this web site. in the section to purchase silicea the only way to get 1m is to chose the granules option or the liquid option. in the purchase section could you please guide me as to which options to chose so i do not purchase wrong medicine.

Well Silicea is deep acting remedy and it needs time to show its action.DO not worry.Just do not take any medicine for two weeks and after that take one dose of Silicea 1M and then report after 5 days.

hi,
after my 2 week brake i have taken my 5th dose. the pain is awful. i still have not seen any results yet. like when i take the steriods, these problem areas appear on my face. but this time the puss is a dark yellow on my face. the top of my head is filled with puss every morning. when will the problem go away.

hey.. this is a very old post dont know if you suffer from the same thing today.. if so im kinda exeriencing the same deal.. ive been cutting the sleeves off shirts and wearing them on my head, as a sort of bandaid that absorbs the fluids from the soars. they tend to ooz.. i don't know if you like short hair like myself. i use to, but it seems to irriate the condition. well anyways i think by wearing the T-sleeve on your head you can stop the infection from spreading else wear.. and save you from having to swap your pillows covers every single night cuz u got blood on them. plz let me know if you find an effect treatment, also look into the rare cases of demodex mites in humans.

Hi I am suffereing with severe acne on my head for the past 15 years with no real cure. the acne spread from the head to the face the chest and the below the navel, basically all arreas with lost of hair growths. Ive tried anti boitics, steroids and also Rae acutane but with no real lasting cure. I've been on herbal mecication also but this also only last up until a week or 2 after treatment and thereafter the acne appears again. according to the Herbalist i have some problem with my kidneys and liver and they perscibed blood putifiers to clean my system, but this even stoped helping. Is there any cure for this???

i have the exact situation as both of you, i tried all those medicines including doxyclycline and topical steroid, injections on my scalp.. it temporaliy relieves it but like u said after a while of taking it ur body gets immuned to it... i had it for about 7years also.. i personally believe it some type of infection in our body. what i do to help relieve my pain is wipe the infected area wit sum alchol, peroxide and try to keep it clean as possible. righht now im going to get sum type of herbal medicine to detox my body. it could be coming fm what we eat. also im going to start takin multi vitamens.. if yall want we can exchange numbers so we can share ideas even updated pics of our conditions. or just email me. thx

You should use colloidal silver (the ionic form not the silver protein form) - both internally as well as externally.
I was suffering from this condition which gave me lot of small and some big bald spots on the scalp.
Used to get boils/pustules on the scalp and loose hair.

I have acute acne on my scalp, I have been adviced by my doctor to take OLEANDER 30 ... 3 times a day for a week, and then the booster dose of Anti. Tart 200, for the 1st day of the next week at interval of 15 mins.

I found that it likely is over active sebacious glands producing sebum which is an oily substance - the only remedies that works getting vitamin C as this reduces sebum production + get Beta Carotene supplements or eat carrots as this is the safe form of vitamin A - the other thing is quit smoking -

Alright, here it goes. I am not a doctor or an holistic healer, but I have spent a lot of time with them. Antibiotics (which works beautifully for a while) and blah blah form the holistics, I had to take matters into my own hands. I have spent days on the internet reading and digesting everything that all had to offer. After my last visit to a Homeopath, things got pregressively worse. That is when I decided that I will take what worked best for me and use that, and that only. I read that some people tried listerine, it was worth a shot. It helped with the pain when the infection was at it worst. Probably because of the alcohol. (i applied it with a piece of tissue paper to my scalp.) I mixed all the stuff that worked best for me together.

-Apple Cider Vinegar (I've read that organic with the mother is the best but I cant find any so I use of the shelf)(1part)
-Listerine Anitbacterial (1part)
-Red Tea (2 parts) (brewed for about 15 minutes on the stove) (the red tea has a calming effect on the skin, if you cannot find it in your country, just try using water)
I believe the Apple Cider Vinegar is the key.

I apply this every night before I go to sleep. I started massaging it into the puss filled bumps. This helps a lot.
