Phosphorus
Sorry, I'm new here and I did the little check on my symptoms and it tells me to take Phosphorus, but it doesn't tell me how much or when? Does the bottle tell me? Thanksreonna on 2006-07-30
This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I'm tired. I always have these symptoms, but it's worse the week before my period. It's always very hard for me to wake up in the morning or after a nap (which I try to avoid because of this reason). My mind seems sluggish, I can't even call my children by the correct name! My scalp and forehead feels tension tight, it's running down my neck and into my shoulders. About 2-3 pm I just get extremely exhausted, by that time my low back hurts very bad and it shoots pain down my right leg. I'm 29 years old. I get frusterated easily because of all of this. I do have type 2 diabetes but it's under great control. All of this is very, very bad before my period. I just feel like a cranky, old, tired woman already. Thanks for any help!

Sounds like you may have fibromyalgia syndrome. I understand phosphates build up in tissue cells. I deal with this but I am 68 years old.

If you have fibromyalgia, Gelsemium is a remedy that could help.
Also, gentle excerses like in water and gentle yoga.
I will write more later as it is late here.
