Go to Phos LM3, I think it is a good choice.

Hi Sameer,
I´ve given phosphor 3 times but there seem to be no improvements. His condition is a bit changed now:
-tired, weak, pale and wants to lie down all day
-no energy at all
-he is so lazy that if I don´t put the food in front of him he won´t eat at all
-eats little only wants junkfood and sweets
-stay up late, very tired in the mornings, almost cannot get up
-quiet, withdrawn
-dullness and seems to have difficult to think or concentrate
-'don´t care about anything' attitude
-vertigo when arising from bed
-nosebleed at night
-strong bad odor around him, all his room smells from him
-full of red acne in the face
-looks dirty
-messy with everything except with his own appearence
-doesn´t care about schoolwork
-he is calm, wants to be left alone
-selfish, absence of gratitude, no one else but himself is important
-wants open air
-has skin ruptions on his back, large and red
What do you think Sameer?
Thankyou for your guidance!
Best wishes Pia

Hi Sameer,
I have given him Sulphur lm8 every third day. It helped perfect for the first 2 weeks. He became completely changed to the positive. He was in a good mood, good appetite, positive and happy. But in the last week he has got worse again, I tried lm 9 two days ago but no effect...
He has changed symptoms....could it be lachesis again? But what potency would that be after 50M? Back to lm again? The next lm would be lm11 .
-He is very tired, especially in the mornings
-no appetite only junkfood and se´weet
-jealous of his brother
-mean comments towards his brother
-talkative
-a bit intense
-irritated and easily angry
What do you think Sameer?

Did we give him Lachesis 50 M ?
sameervermani last decade
Let's try a dose of LM11 then.
Try keep dosing to once a week or less often than that. Do not forget to sucuss starting second dose on-wards.

Hi Sameer,
The lachesis above didn´t work at all. Instead he got worse, very angry...
Since the I have given him sulphur lm doses. 3 drops once a week and it worked very good until about 3 weeks ago.
Now he has got much worse again.
I´m thinking about syphilinum again. Would it be a good idea to try lm1?
Symptoms:
-very weak and often tired
-no appetite, doesn´t want to eat almost anything but sweets and junkfood, so emaciated
-cannot concentrate at all in school, dull in mind,
-loss of memory
-aggravation in the mornings
-better in the afternoon and evening
-destructive behaviour all the time
-doesn´t care attitude
-won´t follow ordinary daily routines, like go to bed, get up in the morning, brush his teeths, eat regularly...everything is chaotic around him
-full of acne
-closebitten and withdrawn, isolate himself from us
-seems unhappy and irritated but he holds his temper inside
-has been drinking alcohol and is very obstinate
The situation is rather severe right now! I´m worried what he might do...he is uncontrollable...
Best wishes Pia

Hi Pia,
In my mind, something like an LM3 of Syphilinum might be a better place to start.
Please report after 2-3 doses.

Hi Sameer,
It is now 11 days since the first syphillinum dose, and he has got 3 doses...
The big change is that he is not tired anymore, only in the mornings. But complains that he is overexcited, hyperactive in school. Cannot sit still in the classroom, very restless. He cannot sleep in the evening and stays up late, very tired in the mornings...He has a bit better appetite also.
Beside this he is still quite the same as before, very obstinate.
-it´s impossible to say if he is improving or not...
Could this overactivity be a phase that will pass over after a while?
Best wishes Pia

Hmm...this is looking more sycotic or tubercular to me.
Is he still jealous these days?
What else is going on ?

-he is actually in a little better mood than before the syphillinum, then he was tired and irritated all the time
-I don´t see any jealousy
-only wants to be with his friends and girls
-use tobacco and alcohol if he gets it
-will not follow any rules at home or at school, well he follows our rules halfway only because we take his money if not...but it is with a lot of resistance
-messy and lazy
-just won´t do any schoolwork on the lessons
-likes to read books, computer, tv
-spends all money immidiately
-tired in the mornings, stay up late
-just wants to have fun, doesn´t care about anything else
-if I don´t force him to get up, eat, brush his teeths and go to school and so on, he just won´t do it
-acts superior
-very argumentative when it´s something that he wants

-no respect of authorities
-don´t care attitude
-says that everyone always reprimand him, it doesn´t matter what he do it´s always wrong, he feels despondent
-he gives up cause he cannot behave anyway
-he tries in school but cannot control himself
-impatient, impulsive
-obsessive with a few interests , for example snowboard. Fixed ideas.
-stupidity; for example: his teachers told him to bring a book to school and to read instead of disturbing in the classroom, then the only thing he does is reading all day long, cannot understand why this is wrong, 'they told me to read mum, why are they angry now?'
-often headache, worse in the mornings
-likes to show off and to get attention
-he may plan things but never carry on them
-weak memory
-will do whatever he desire to do, very demanding and once he wants something he wants it at any cost.
-selfishness

Go to Medorrhinum LM6, one dose every 4-5 days.
sameervermani last decade
Oh yes! Medhorrinum it is! You are awesome Sameer!!
I will order lm6 today but as the situation is rather severe, could I give him lm4 today as I have it by hand?

I cannot see any change with the medhorrinum Sameer. I have continued for a while because I thought that maybe it didn´t work due to the fact that he now uses cigarettes, tobacco and alcohol frequently...
But I don´t think that it´s the right remedy because he is the same or even worse....
Symptoms:
-extremely obstinate and headstrong, contradictory
-selfishness
-aggresiveness
-irritability
-demanding
-superior
-brags about all girls he has
-no respect of authorities
-don´t care attitude
-gets angry at least contradiction
-he gives up cause he cannot behave anyway
-he tries in school but cannot control himself
-impatient, impulsive
-stupidity
-he may plan things but never carry on them
-weak memory
-will do whatever he desire to do, very demanding and once he wants something he wants it at any cost.
-greedy, always want more
-impishness
-no empathy for others
-desire to tease sibling, with an edge of destructiveness
-lies about everything
-cigarettes, tobacco, alcohol
-sleep at day and is up at night
-aggravation when he wakes up
-changeability, mood and behaviour changes quickly
-restless and hyperactive
What remedy can it be you think?
Best wishes Pia
