urinary problem

hi

iam 28 years old married male iam facing a pecular problem usually after passing of urine i.e. after finishing out some times it it flows in drops and some time s after finshing i feel still urinating but with no dishcharge and i felt that the size of my penis is slightly reduced when not in exitement i.e.when not in errected
please help me
