Any hope for stress related depression and anxiety?

Hi, kindly could any helpful homeopaths advise me ?
My older sister apparently is going in stressfull moments, after she deliver her baby she use to be nervous and feeling light head but never took it serious since she thought it's from breastfeeding but recently and after over 1 year of delivery she is experiencing bouts of feeling down and nervous anxiety (palpitations and trembling and fatigue).

I had similar experience but not like this !

Is there any TREATMENT for her so she doesn't go into real disorder? normal med would cover the symptoms but she needs to recover her nervous system and get into life again.

Thank you in advance

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
She may take Bach Flower Remedies

Mimulus
Agrimony
Olive

2 drops each in some 30 ml water thrice a day for 15 days.

Please ask her to follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, not to eat or drink anything withing 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Oh God thank you for advice that very sweet from you!!

Kindly could I ask if it's treatment or just cooling the symptoms?

I mean it will help to get her nervous system to the healthy way again or just help with symptoms?

If it will help recovery, how long does homeopathic treatment should be taken?

Thank you again!

It is a treatment and it should do good to overall health and it is not cooling the symptoms.

You should see some results within a week. Within one month you should see substantial results.

The effectiveness of the treatment will increase if the patient could do the following breathing exercises regularly.

Please read my posts on the Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning.

That's so kind of you KADWA.

You know why I asked these questions? because in so many posts with mental fatigue or disturbance or illness I've noticed the patient communicating with the homeopath and trying sooooooooooooooo many different treatments.

Like after the suggestion the patient come back and say didn't work then the homeopath change the medicine and it's like over 5 or 6 or 7 times ..but I usually give up tracking the results and just change the topic :)

Anyay I told her what your suggestion but here in this country it's a bit difficult to find homeopatics stuff .

May I ask where are you from? I mean in which country do yu live?

Thank you again for help and was prompt!

Breathing techniques are best to get rid of mental fatigue or disturbance. The next best option is Bach Flower Remedies. Homeo remedies should be used only when the totality of symptoms match. You may read further about bach flower remedies at
