Head ache

HI,

I got head ache when i expose to severe cold or heat.

It starts on back side of my head region.It starts when i wakeup from the bed.It increases as the day passess.Some times i got relived when i go to motion.

I used Natrum Sulph 6X and NM 6X.

Still suffering especially in summar.If i go out in mid summer i will get it.

Please suggest me some remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and see how that affects in the next 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
