Erection and no ejaculation

Dear Doctor,
I am a 28 year old male working in IT industry.
I have not been able to ejaculate during masturbation and even then it takes too long more than 1 hour.

I have ejaculation during dreams at night and good volume bu this has also reduced now.

Recently my libido is also low and erections are slow.

I have had no diseases in the past but i can see that my arms and muscles have not grown that well. I exercise 3 times a week and have a healthy weight of 68 kg and height 168 cms.

Please advise, all help appreciated.
