Weak erection and premature ejaculation

Dear Respectable Doctor,
I am 52 years old. I am facing sexual trouble for weak erection & premature ejaculation for last 6 months. I have hypertension & I take Vasopril 5 mg tablet(Allopathy) regularly to keep my blood pressure under control. Cholesterol in blood is a little higher than the normal range but the doctor didn't prescribe any mrdicine yet. I have lower back pain and take medicine when the pain is severe sometimes. My penis doesn't get hard enough & ejaculation is done within 3 to 4 minutes during intercourse. Please advise me what medicine & dose will be suitable for me to regain the sexual health for better performance on bed

lycopodium 1M one dose evening time and to be repeated after 15 days.
