Itchy Ears

I've had itchy ears for over a year. The itch is inside both ears. Although I know Q-tips are very bad, it is the only thing that brings temporary relief. I've been told this could be a yeast over-growth, but antibiotics never worked. There's no oozing or anything like that...just a simple itch that I can't get to go away. I've tried putting coconut oil inside each ear and that didn't work...thinking it might be fungus related. This is really becoming a problem. Any ideas on homeopathic avenues I can take? Thank you!
