Enlarged Prostate

I am 64 and 3 months back diagonised with enlarged prostate PSA level 4.60 whereas volume grossly increased to 218ml. I have been taking allopathy drugs which although has given me some relief with the rine flow but it also give me side effectviz. pain in upper and lower abdomin and acute acidity. Can anyone tell me if this condition can be cured with homoepathy.
I am also diabetic 2 and have high blood pressure since long time which is herediatery. Please Help.
