Headache

My sister is 24 years old and had week eyesight(around 4-5). She is having severe headache very often. The pain is just above the eyes and spreads in the forehead. She feels like thumping pain and get unbearable. She has to take Panadol strong and sometimes it doesnt go by that also. She is very lean, has a very oily skin due to which has lots of pimples on her face which have left marks.
Please tell remedy for both...headache and pimples/marks.

How weak 4-5 dioptres? minus [ myopic]or plus [hyperopic].

Does the headache get better if she lays down in the dark.

Is it migraine.

Is there a feeling like a band round the head.

Does she like heat or cool.

Does she get sweaty palms.

Any vaccinations , moles , warts etc
