Premature ejaculation and Weak Erection

Dear Doctor/s.

I am a 34 year old married man. My problem is that I am very badly suffering from premature ejaculation and also have weak erection along side small penis only 3.5 inches when erected. Initially when foreplay starts there remains good stiffness in the penis but as the foreplay goes forward the hardness from the penis also starts to get off and at the end of prolonged foreplay it becomes dull.

Further as soon as I enter inside, the ejaculation occurs within two or three strokes only. My semen is also very thin and two year old semen analysis test shown that I was having the problem of asthenospermia. We are trying to have a baby but my wife is unable to conceive. Doctor says that my wife is perfectly fine.

I think all these problem occurred due to excessive bed masturbation in my younger days.

Please consider my case and prescribed me some good medicine to help me out.

start taking lycopodium 200c weekly one dose for one month it mean 4 doses in one month.
2. agnus castus q + tribulus terr.q + damiana q (10+10+10) from each for one month and update.

How to take the 2nd prescribed medicine. As a combination or each one separately and how may doses per day.

Dear Sir,

2nd medicine agnus castus q + tribulus terr.q + damiana q has to be taken 10+10+10 drops from each medicines in every dose or just the 10 drops from the mixture of all three medicines in a single dose.

Kindly clarify.
