ejaculation problem

Doctor,
my penis is small and thin.My precums come only think about sex.sometime when i see some porn type movie my ejaculation is done. sometime i can control but maximum time it get out of control and i feel something blocking my thinking and sperm come within 30 seconds even without erection. Even when i start with my girl friend my sperms have come in underwear in 30 seconds automatically and same if i masturbate.Please tell me some effective way to cure this thing. i started masturbating at early ages when i was i 8,9 10 standard. but after that i almost stopped it. now i am in masters. now i use to have some masturbate 3 or 4 times in a month. i also have nightfall problems. in which day i see some intense thing that night i use to have nightfall. my some symptoms match with acidphos. i have had so many problems like, hooping cough, tonsils. etc and i have had so many homeopathy. complete list is not available with me now. please help me. i feel very bad all the time.. please help me doctor prescribing medicine with doses

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Ustilago 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
