Weight Loss

Hi! I'm 32 yo, female.. I'm 5'1' and weight 55kg. I want to lose 3-4 kg. I've been taking calcarea carbonica 1M, 5 drops every 10 days, what else can help lose weight? Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Stop calcarea carb. 1M dose it a a high dose it should not be taken daily.
ur weight is normal if u have no diseases there is no need of Homeopathy .
if there is increase in weight due to some diseases.In that case the disease should be cure first.
