frequent conjunctivitis

After having my baby a little over a year ago, I have been getting frequent conjunctivitis. I feel like it may be due to a vitamin A deficiency from the pregnancy and breastfeeding (which I'm still doing)

My eyes will be very itchy, but I don't rub with my hands because then I get an infected eye. The vessels will get inflamed and it will be bloodshot. Theres never much discharge though. It will be watery though.
Sometimes I've woken up in the middle of the night to my eye bloodshot and feeling like a needle is stabbing me in eye.
The left eye is worse.

The first two times I got antibiotic cream. Then after that I started getting rid of it with breastmilk. But I want to strengthen my own vital force to get rid of it for good.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
belladonna 30, sulphur 30, arsenic alb 30, euphrasia 30, mercurius sol 30 may help. You may take the remedies one by one and see which one helps. You may take a remedy twice a day for 2 days and then start the next one on need.

OK thanks. I forgot to say I am very sensitive to remedies. Is it ok if I dilute the doses?
