Severe Dry Eyes after conjunctivitis

Hello Doctors,

I had eye infection in both eyes a few days back. I had used Gatiquin-P eye drops as suggessted by an eye doctor for the infection. As per him it was a viral conjunctivitis instead of a bacterial one. I used the drops for around 10 days as per his recommendation but since then I am feeling sever dry eyes problem which is hindering my day to day work. By profession I am a software programmer. As of now I am using eye lubricant gels but unfortunately its not working for me.

Please suggest a suitable remedy.

Thanks in Advance,
Imtiyaz

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1.Eye bright (eye drops) 2 drops in each eye twice a day
2. Tears-30 6 pills twice a day
3. Silica-12x 2 pallets twice a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 2 and 3
4. Natrum Mur-200 6 pills at bed time
Pl take above treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

Sorry for delay in replying.

I am starting these medicines as described but I could not find one medicine that is 'Tears - 30' in any of the homeopathic store in Mumbai - India. The store keeper says there is no medicine called 'Tears - 30'.

I got SBL's EUPHRASIA eye drop instead of EyeBright eye drops because the shopkeeper said that both are same.

I am wondering if I should start other medicines if the doctor is confident about other medicines also.
