sepia dosage for mildish depression?
hi there- i have 1 M sepia pellets given to me by a homeopath a couple years ago. he felt it could be helpful for me along with my own remedy of phosphorus. he did not give me instructions on dosage or when to take- it was kind of given with the instructions of 'take when you feel like it'. since then i have studied up on homeopathy and feel like he kind of did me a disservice?at the time my low moods were occasional and totally related to relationship/family stuff and got the most intense after pregnancy. now i am in a more intense phase of it and for the last 5 days i have been in a total funk. i am trying to figure out how often and how much to take of the sepia to see if it will help me? can anyone assist me please?
thank you

if you know your medicine is phosphorus there is no need of sepia. phosphorus should take care of all problems that may come up.

thanks for your reply. i guess i am not clear on this. he gave me 4 different remedies in 1M format. he gave me nux vomica for stomach stuff, my remedy phosphorus, sepia because of my pregnancy and post partum stuff and then another (cannot remember i think it was tuberculosis?). yet he did not give any instructions really. he said if i feel sick take some phosphorus until i feel better. or if depressed take sepia. i feel like his instructions were horrible but i had no idea as i had never studied homeopathy before. i paid him a lot of money too! so why would he have given me sepia? when i read the symptoms under sepia they resonate- that is why i was thinking that is the one to take?

prescribing different medicines for different problems is not homeopathy. I think you should consult another doctor . 1m potency is very powerful, it should not be used like that.
