Silent acid reflux

Hello, my lo has silent acid reflux. He is 4 months old. The doctor has him on Zantac, but I don't want to continue this medicine, as I know the side affects are dangerous--and it doesn't solve the root of the problem. I have started giving him nat phos 6x immediately after he eats (1 tablet dissolved in his mouth) and this doesn't seem to be helping like I thought it would. I have elimanted dairy, soy, eggs, and tree nuts from my diet. Any other advice would be much all appreciated for this tired momma

Thank you so much! Can you tell me what strength? I was looking and there are a lot of different kinds. Also, can I give him this every time I nurse him along with the nat phos 6x? Or can I only give it to him a few times a day?
