son school refusal, depression, anger, elevated bilirubin

Son now 16 has struggled with fear and school refusal most all of his life. He used to be clinging to mom now he blames mom for every thing. He has depression and extreme anger with night sweats that soak his bedding. He want to run away from his family thinking we are his problem. He says he loves us all the time . We had abusive husband/dad and my son wet the bed until 11years stopped when dad was removed from home.
He doesn't want to eat. His eyes look sunken often. He has a great memory and is very smart. He tries to self medicate with Marijuana to control anger rage depression. He says he want to go to school but he freezes up and doesn't feel well, feels fluish.
