This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Eat less calories than maintenance. Give up junk food. Drink lots of water. Eat fruits and vegetables with every meal. Do cardio exercises combined with weightlifting. Take multivitamins daily. Take low carb protein supplement after exercise if you can afford. If you're looking for homeopathic remedy, phytolacca berry may help. You cannot lose fat just from your belly or torso. Spot reduction is not possible. You have to lose your entire bodyweight in order to lose fat from those specific areas. At the end of the day, your dedication is what really matters. There is no shortcut. Hope this information helps. If you have any further question, you can ask me.

I do eat healthy and good and I exercise - I've just done 45 mins aerobic and weight training but I seem to be gaining in the tummy area. I don't eat junk food or rubbish or sugar as I have histamine intolerance so my food and diet is pretty restricted. I just need a little bit help to lose some weight - is phytolacca berry something that works or is there something else that would help

"Healthy eating" alone is not enough for losing weight. You need to measure your overall caloric intake. Simple rule is - if you're eating above your maintenance calorie, you will gain weight. If you're eating at maintenance, you will maintain weight (neither lose nor gain). If you eat below maintenance, you will lose and that's what you need. Now the maintenance calorie depends on several parameters like your height, weight, activity level etc. There are some online calculators you can use to find what your maintenance cal is. You just have to put your height, weight etc. Now that's not enough. The nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals) in your diet plays a big role. In order to lose weight, it is generally recommended to keep the protein and fat intake high and carbohydrates intake low. Vitamins and minerals optimize your hormonal levels (like testosterone, thyroid, estrogen etc) thus aiding on fat-loss. Many factors are involved. It's not a rocket science. I would highly encourage you to read the book "The Muscle and Strength Pyramid" by Eric Helms - http://en.b-ok.org/book/2599288/ebd8da
You must know the basics of nutrition and how things work. Create your own diet regime and follow that. No pill or remedy will work until your diet is on point.
I am not a homeopath. So I can't provide you any further information on phytolacca berry. A person of acquaintance once used this remedy and he had success with it. So maybe it will help you too. I am sure here are some experienced homeopaths who can help you with that.

If you have any hormonal imbalance, that can also hinder your fat loss journey. I would advise you to focus on your nutrition first and track your weight on a regular basis. If your nutrition is alright but you're still not losing weight, hormonal factor might be involved and in that case, you need a proper medical checkup.
