Tinnitus originally accompanied by tachycardia

I am a 62 year old female in otherwise good health, but developed tinnitus about 6 months ago It is almost like a high pitched static sound and does not come and go - it's continuous. It seems to be in both ears / in my head. As a side note, around the same time I experienced a long bout of tachycardia (several weeks) and also subsequently (a couple of months later) a posterior vitreal detachment in my right eye. All is accompanied by worry and depression / feeling of hopelessness.

It doesn't seem to be on any one side. From the beginning it seems to be throughout my head.

Thank you. Are there any particular questions I could answer which might help you guide me to a treatment?
