Fever around 100 degree centigrade.Cough and headache.Drousyness.No thirst.
Patient is my mother.Age 64.Body weight 62kg.Hypertensive,Hypothyroidism,dislipidimia

Pulsatilla 30 five drops in an ounce of water three to four times a day.

In addition Ferrum Phos 6x and Kali Mur 6x,five tabs of each three times a day.
