Due to a technical problem on the site, many posts (all of mine) have been lost. Since I dont have a reference, please repost all your original symptoms as well as any new ones.
How did you took all those remedies: what was the order and frequency??
I originally said, as I recall, only for Lyco followed by Sepia after a weeks gap. I never gave any order for the other two, Merc and Carb-V. In the meantime, you had to report back to me with any updates, changes or new developments so that the remedies could be assessed for effectiveness in your case.
No problem, you can start over.

How many doses of each have you taken?
What was the time interval left between each of the remedies you took?

If the last remedy you took was Calc-carb, then proceed with a dose of Lyc 30c.

Directions - Drop a single pellet of the remedy into a cup of water, stir gently to dissolve the pellet completely and take only a teaspoon, one teaspoon constitutes a single dose. Discard the remaining water solution.

I lost track of your case because you hadnt updated for over a month, and this technical glitch only made matters worse, I had to rework everything from what little information I already had in my notes. I need more frequent updates on any new developments after taking remedies or any odd/strange symptoms that you notice. Also, never take a remedy without checking with me first.

Do you have Thuja 30c?
Wait until the end of the week and then take a dose of Lyco 200c.

You can take Sepia 200c now and take Lyc 200c
a week later.
From which part of the head are you losing hair?

For your hair, if you dont already have it, get the following remedies.
- Arnica 200c
- Psorinum 200c
- Thuja 200c.

- Dry hair is covered by Thuja, Psorinum.
- Gray hair in patches is covered with Psorinum.
- Thinning of hair – Psorinum.
- Hair brittle, beaks easily – Psorinum, Thuj, Sepia and Lyc.
- Arnica is used to increase the blood flow to the area where the problem of hair fall is prominent so that the hair gets better nourished resulting in decrease of hair thinning and fall. You can start with Arnica 30c as you already have it. Have weekly doses for a month.
- Thuja also covers the following symptom: forgetting things in the middle of speaking, difficulty finishing sentences.

You have already had 3 doses of Lyc 30c, 1 of Lyc 200c, 2 doses of Sepia 200c, if the problem of thinning, greying and falling out still persists, it is better to try other remedies.

Get Psorinum, Thuj in 200c.

If the chest pain doesnt last long after taking Arnica, theres nothing to worry about. Arnica was recommended to complement the action of other remedies used for hair problems, it cant do much for hairs in a single 30c dose. Its preferred to be used higher potencies for hair loss, gray hairs etc either 200c or in 1m. The use of other indicated remedies is essential for it to work.

Using Merc was correct for the type of gums you had mentioned, it looks indicated. Keep observing for now.

Let me know the order in which youve taken remedies recently, so that I can suggest how to proceed.

Try Lyc 200 followed by Silicea 30 after a week. Silicea is for gum recession.

Have you taken any remedy b/w Merc and Silicea intakes?
Silicea and Merc should not be taken back to back, they have an inimical relationship and tend to aggravate if you do. Use Hepa Sulph in between if you ever have to use them back to back.
If you have Sulphur 30c, should be able to take care of these symptoms.
Any update on the problem of gum recession after taking Silicea?

If youre posting after a while, its always better to give the order of remedies taken when describing your problem, as its hard to keep track of whats been recommended versus whats been taken. And you took Silicea 6x instead of the recommended 30c, they are not the same.
