Jealousy
Daughter 4 years old.She has a big jealousy issue. She is the middle child. She is a big talker. Doesn’t like to be alone. Always wants company. She has a very hard time staying quiet for a minute, when asked. She doesn’t play by herself. She is very jealous that her big brother is in school and has friends in school. She scratched up his class picture with her fingernails for no apparent reason. She is also jealous of her baby sister, wanted me to buy her a bottle and soother also. This jealousy about the baby started when we put the two in one room together when baby was 4 months old though asked to share room with her baby sister. Jealousy over big brother became worse when he started school, both happened close to the same time frame. Very jealous over food issues. Afraid that I might have something to eat while she is having a nap or in bed for the night. Always asks what I ate. Wants to know every detail about my conversations on the phone. Angry if brother might get a larger spoon than she, or have a larger meal (he is older). Doesn’t play with her toys unless her brother plays with her. Wants to play with sister or brother’s toys or sit and talk with me while brother is in school, always ask to go away and visit someone. She wants constant attention. Always wants to be the center of attention. Jealous if brother or sister has to see doctor (said she wanted to be sick too so she could have homeopathic medicine). Jealous that brother and sister have to have special shampoo and soap because of their sensitive skin (I thought she would feel special because she has her own shampoo and soap, they share).
I love her just as much as our other two children. I admit that they get different attention sometimes than she because of their skin type and the fact that they pick up illnesses easily. I love that she is healthy and strong. Always tell her how beautiful she is, how special she is, and how much we all love her.
Could there be deeper issues here?
Is there a remedy that could help her deal with the jealousy she has?
Thanks for the info.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
first of all homoeopathy help all ill-ness--but only when causation removed---never think of ill-nesss in psychological sense only symptoms---mind symptoms are very tricky and never base whole prescription upon --use only as conformation---use organic symptoms---now if violence or grave situation occur with daughter and she raising 'hell' --can calm moment but need deep insight into what is actually occuring..
first place start is metobolic aciditry or alkalinity----you see big change by just altering diet--
home test for this is how individual reacts to coffee----if aggatates then system too acidic---if feels better then alkalinity----
sometimes you can tell by childs natiral cravings--whether parents allow or not there is a natural craving--every being seeks balance---but only homoeopathically address this deep enough for change--again causation must be removed--
you find this in diet with daughter--
what daughter foods -drinks-candies--snacks-----etc... typical like having? anything? even if you no like her to have?
pulsatilla is greedy like that--particularly indicated when no return affection as much--but again puls no do it alone--causation must be removed--this more than likely diet orientated--dont know her family life well enough for any other accessment--now you understand maybe --why restrictions in diet when taking remedies.
all tie together
what typical physiacl symptoms daughter have? complaints?

She is very greedy about food. Prefers sweet over salty. Will have what ever is given to her. Almost like she is scared she will not be feed or get enough. Always wants a sweet after each meal. Will take candy/gum over cookie or cake.
For 1 week now: I have taken candy/chocolate/gum out of diet, has had very little sweets. I can not tell a difference in attitude since before and after sugar restrictions.

Yes, she started speaking at 8 months, walked by 11 months, weaned herself from soother at 5 months, poty trained by 22 months. Very smart little girl. She is 4 1/2 years old and writes all words that I spell for her. Motivated by big brother, wants to do all that he is able to do.

Hi! Here are some links that I have on behavior and food intolerances. Jordan is on the feingold program and is very sensitive to a lot of additives and salicylates.
We keep her diet free of synthetic dyes/colors, 'flavorings', soy, most preservatives (BHA, BHT, TBHQ), MSG, sodium benzoate, nitrites, sulfites, most salicylates (naturally high in many fruits/berries) and low in lactose, sugar and a few salicylates that seem to do ok in small amounts. :-)
Here are a few links that will help and I can answer (or find an answer to) most questions if you have any. :-)
