Gum swelling

For the last few days, I've had swelling and pain around my bottom left wisdom tooth. The left side of my jaw hurts.not able to open my mouth fully.
the gum is swelled from the cheek side and covering the tooth. If i try to open my moth it hurts badly and bood is coming out from the tooth.
I have been gargling with warm salt water thirce a day but little help.

Kindly suggest me some remedy.

Please take 2 pills each of Phosphorus 30 and Calc Fluorica 30 (at a time) thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for few days until there is relief.

As advised by you I have started the remedy phosphorus 30 and calc flurica 30. Almost 60% of the swelling and pain is releaved after taking only two doses of the above medicine.
