Dr Kadwa Please Help with Gum Swelling

Sir, I am 28 years old Male suffering from gum swelling. My gums around the front lower teeth gets swelled. Dentist says its probably due to brushing hard.

I try to brush gently still gums are swollen. They don't hurt but have turned red and little bit swollen. Could you please suggest a remedy. I think I have sensitive gums.
