Fever and vomiting

My 5 year old has a fever and can not eat or drink anything without vomiting. A few other kids in her class have the same. I'm not sure what remedy to try- nux vomica-arsenicum album and belladonna are a few I'm thinking of. I would like to dilute it in water and put some drops in her mouth while she is sleeping.(she won't put pellets under her tongue, she has autism and doesn't understand) I'm scared she will end up dehydrated. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Give her Arsenic Alb-30 4 drops 4 times a day in spoonful water for 2 days and then give feedback

She is much better! Back to eating and drinking with no more vomiting or fever.
